Hang in there. It is hard getting started. We are here to support you and help if we can. I know the struggle of wanting to snack. The important thing is to choose wisely those snacks. No empty calories but protein and carbs that you body will burn. Glad to see you are on track again. Do not give up.

Hope you are doing OK. I have not seen any posting and was wondering how it was going. Just keep putting on foot in front of the other and take one day at a time.
