Today was characterized by a slow start -- I felt a mild cold creeping up yesterday and so I decided to play it safe and so I slept in until 10 am. I believe it was a great call because I'm feeling as healthy as an ox right now. Unfortunately, getting up so late threw my rhythm off and I couldn't get started on anything, I was half convinced I wouldn't get my workout today, especially after another weigh in where the weight crept a little higher. Not cool!
But in the end, I compiled a kick ass playlist of songs to hit the road with and I completed my work out. I'm even watching what I eat today -- unlike yesterday where I binged, and regret it dearly today. It's ok, gotta keep looking forward!
Now I'm just killing time waiting for someone to get here, either my boyfriend or my brother, so that I can get on with the rest of the evening.
