now that I am finally done going to all these weddings, I want to concentrate on how I eat on a normal day....today being Sunday and being home where I can pick more, i find myself not wanting to eat at all, but I need to eat something, just less of everything.... so I am going to try and record things as I eat it so I can adjust how I eat during the day...
