Finally got home after a very loooong day at work, really exhausted and am surprised I made it home tonight! VCU won and the streets of Richmond are CRAZY!!!! All the VCU fans at the bar near my house are cheering so loudly right now it might make it difficult for me to go to sleep! Besides the obvious lack of sleep I will be getting tonight, I did much better today on getting more veggies than yesterday but basically my diet is still very carby (I love me some carbs) I used to be much skinnier and eat more carbs then I do now, I doubt I will cut those out of my diet. The one thing I do need to cut out has to be sweets, if sugar is near me I absorb it through osmosis and gain at least 10lbs. Seriously.
