I went over my RDI last night because of booze. Woke up with a headache and a desert in my mouth. Was it worth it? I dunno.
My lack of weight loss is bumming me out pretty bad. However, my weight lifting routine is going swimmingly. Even if I don't end up with a svelte frame, at least I'll be able to squat a large dog, or a baby cow.
