I did my first Pilates class today (1 hour) was not what I expected, did not know my muscles were so weak!! But it was fun, will definitely make this a weekly thing, maybe twice a week.

After my class, I did my daily run of:
4km easy run
7x600m@433-447
2km cd

My calves are so much better, U ran without any problems.

I feel so GOOD!
