Today, I worked out on the Wii for 1 hour 15 minutes (boxing,training etc...) On Saturday, I will be walking for a very personal cause. Tomorrow I will be walking in the Annual Heart Walk (American Heart Association). Over the past couple of years I have lost three women who I dearly loved and respected due to heart disease. My grandmother, a friend/co-worker and my aunt all suffered from heart failure. Recently being diagnosed with high blood pressure has caused me to look at the real reason losing weight, being healthy. Yes, it is exciting buying new, looking better but I must remember the real reason for losing the weight for my HEALTH.
