dammit... the weekends kick my butt😅
186.5 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weekends are the worst! So hard!

The problem is it isn't just weekends, had a friends birthday lunch yesterday and then another braai lastnight.. so between those two events ate double of my daily calories🦝
