My weight finally dropped. Apparently I wasn't drinking enough water as I made sure to have at least 8 cups per day in addition to 2 cups for replacement on the days I work out. I also upped my fats back to what I had early on and dropped the protein slightly. My wife is on the south beach diet so I need to make sure I add fats to my foods as we have been eating lean meats, mostly chicken breasts. Coconut milk and vanilla protein powder makes a good meal replacement.
