sweet!!. suffered a 3.4 gain yesterday but hit new low today. plan was protein @ breakfast, soup 4 lunch, roasted chicken quarter & baked sweet potato for dinner, salad, rice cakes & hummus 4 snack. and lots of water
125.8 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
