My dream is to run the Comrades Marathon (90km 😪)I always said that one day I will run that race. About a month ago I decided that I cannot wait for one day, and made a bold decision and ask my couch whether he thinks I will be able to do this. According to him, we have enough time and if I am consistent in my training and diet, then this should not be a problem.

SO I started with my training program this month and today I ran about 11km, but my calves are killing me. Ran 1km and stretch, ran another 1km and stretch, after 5km it felt better and I could complete the rest of the program.

4km easy run
4x90 sec med/fast rest jog 90 sec
4x1min@med/fast rest jog 1min
4x30sec@med/fast rest jog 30 sec
4x15 sec med/fast rest jog 15 sec
2km cd

NOW eating healthy and trying to get fitter is definitely not my strong point.💥 I am determined to do this!💥
