I've been sick for the past 2 days. I have stayed within my carb limit but the medicine that the pharmisist gave me had corn starch in it. It didn't knock me out of ketosis though. I didn't loose and didn't gain to my knowledge of how I feel. I'm happy to get back on track this week and see some results. I didn't weight yesterday, I will wait till next thursday.
