O'hara's Journal, 25 March 2011

Cheat night: 1 piece of fresh bread with a tad of butter, 2 pieces broiled plantains, 2 pork tenderloin medallions, 2 bites of chipotle mashed potatoes, 1 bite of tropical fruit relish and 2 bites of tres leches cake.

It was all yummy and I'm proud of myself that I didn't inhale the potatoes and cake (which was fantastic). But, my tummy didn't like it. . .ha ha

Back on the wagon today and feeling good!

I read another book called "the four hour body" that encouraged a cheat night. I think after I finish phase 1 I might do a cheat night. My cravings have gone way down tho! I feel like its not as hard now.
