did really well for myself this week,I have avoided next to everything that is high fat or loaded with carbs.. and hey this isn't the hardest thing i've ever had to do in my life
159.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
