Morning weight. I ate chicken kebab for breakfast. Nkd pizza with thick crust for lunch with department. And Nandos chkn for dinner. Did vigorous swimming on back for 20 mins.
It appears as if eating daily rest food makes me gain weight , maybe it is water weight, I don't know for sure but must be due to the salt content in the food was also worried abt eating Nkd thick crust just two weeks into the leptin reset but I had no headache or carb fatigue afterwards
