I have stayed close to the induction period for about 8 weeks now, at least regarding the number of carbs. My idea is that as long as I can do this, I will. Once I get close to my goal weight I will add more carbs and slow down the weight loss and find my limits to keep from gaining. I'm just so happy to be heading down that I can't allow myself to eat over 20 carbs (most days 15) at this point. I want to see 200 before Christmas! Keep up the good work.
