Good progress this week and just lost over 1Kg.

Finding that doing a lot of walking (70 minutes a day) burns the calories (fat).

214.1 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
