I am so sore today....but its all worth it. the diet is working out pretty well. I have been sticking to it. It seems easier this time. I just have to keep it up
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2097 kcal Fat: 35.46g | Prot: 114.61g | Carb: 352.88g.   Breakfast: splenda packets, 1% milk, oatmeal, lactose free milk, kelloggs frosted mini wheats strawberry. Lunch: Romain Lettuce, 100% Whole Grain Fiber Bread, deli turkey, Cream Cheese, cranberry sauce. Dinner: sweet onion teriyaki sauce subway, raw spinach, tomatoes, oven roasted chicken breast subway, 6" whole grain bread subway, mayonnaise, banana. Snacks/Other: lactose free milk, protein shake. more...
