great weigh in tonight lost 2.1 lbs. had to go to grocery after weight management and my blood sugar bottomed out. and had to have sweets to raise if I had been at home I could have had juice followed by a protein but since I had to raise it to drive home had to get what was available. moral to the story eat a early dinner on class night and have a light snack later and carry my glucose pills with me. and maybe have a small snack with me just in case. lessons learned.
