yesterday i did not eat healthy at all, i also went over my 1200 calories! Today my slimming K and skinny fit super youth came, i did the super youth today, it’s not curbing my appetite, but i am hopeful it will help with my skin and joints, tomorrow i will try slimming k.. i hope and pray that these supplements together with doing calorie deficit, i can finally lose weight and change my lifestyle to still eating normal food but healthier and controlled portion instead of just letting myself go. I CAN DO THIS!!!
