Mondays are so much easier for me... At work is very easy to maintain my focus. So Im really happy I survived the weekend and not many things to regret. However, I realize I was not following my diet to the letter, because I was not understanding it completely... Now I think I could do better and consequently, lose weight more efficiently.
Tomorrow is my first Zumba class-9AM. Yesss! Got a free pas! This gym is very close to home. there is another one more popular not too far...I think I'll also give it a try and compare witch one I like better.

Well, I think that diet wise, it was ok. I moved a lot, although not able to record all the moments I went up and down the stairs at work. But now, I feel really fatigued and sleepy...and I don't like this feeling. Its just 7:30 PM!!! :(
