Today, I worked out with my trainer. He set a mini challenge for me to complete a mile in 15 minutes today. I did not met that goal, I finished in 15 minutes and 30 seconds. I am very disappointed, because now I have to do the challenge again until I can finish it in 15 minutes. I have until Tuesday week to complete this challenge (I am sure I can do a mile under 15 minutes). Suggestions are welcome.

Don't be disappointed! I'm sure you are doing just fine. Be firm with yourself, sure, but it looks like you're doing well! Keep it up!

I'm impressed at 15:30!!! I'm not sure if I can do that!!!! :). Maybe if you increase your pace early on for like the first 3 minutes then go to whatever pace you were at when you did the 15:30 seems like you would make the goal. You can do it!!!!!!

Oh can you use your iPod. That always helps me walk faster when I listen to songs that I love... I tend to get uplifted and walk faster... Just a thought.
