Today's Work out plan (completed) -- Week 2/8 in my 5k training program

Slow jog: 2 minutes
Brisk walk: 15 minutes
Slow jog: 5 minutes
Regular Walk: 5 Minutes
Slow Jog: 5 minutes
cool down: 5 minutes.
