Ate at 9am

I've changed my plans to increase weekly and by a 100 grams until I find the sweet spot.

had snack at 11:30

ate lunch at 3:00

ate some chocolate and cheese to avoid drinking any wine.

I ended up eating the rest of the chocolate which sent me way over my calorie goals event tho I'm still in the designated calorie range.

After this, I ate 2 1/2 bowls of cereal. Attribute this to having eaten the chocolate which threw off my blood sugar. It was a choice of the lesser of two evils.
