I'm really nervous about completely blowing it this weekend. I was doing well, and then I fell off the bandwagon when I had company in town for a week and then again on St. Patrick's Day. Now I've been doing a great job this week, but I'm going out of town for the weekend to visit my college friends and I know there will be a lot of alcohol and unhealthy food and not much exercise. I don't think I will be able to resist the temptation of food I like and a few glasses of wine. UGH...

Just do your best while still enjoying yourself. Calories may come and go but friends you may not see all the time. Just try to be concious (sp?) of your decisions. Choose light beer or spirts with water and lime. Chase each drink with a water then you will drink less and still have something to sip on. Choose something baked instead of fried. And above all trust your friends. They will support you if you let them know your trying to make good choices! Ps. Sneak out for a walk/jog while everyone else is nursing their hangover!! Good Luck and have fun!
