Melissa, we are both doing well. I'm finally feeling more " normal" and have started back at gym. Weird though, as soon as I went back I gained 2 lbs! So much for maintaining..lol. Sydney is healing well physically. Emotionally, she is trying. She will go to park but hides behind my husband if she sees a dog approach. It's ok. She is at least trying. Hope you are well! 💜

That is good news! Just stepping in the gym brings on two pounds, as you know! After a break, I get so much water retention in sore muscles! Your pup will get more confident, and if she remains cautious around dogs.... Well, my son is too after being bitten by a German shepherd when a tiny fellow. Time heals but crisis also makes us careful. Hang in there and give Sydney a snuggle from me!
