Day 66: Ate SOOO much candy yesterday. I calculated it all into my daily calories but just feel bad for eating that crappy. I just have such a hard time saying no to a candy dish. Grazing is a problem. Going to start running training today and mix my work out up a bit. Have not lost any weight this week, but have not gained, which I expected.
