Biked to the pool, got my 35 minute workout in, then relaxed swimming for another 40 minutes. Took the dog for a 45 minute walk when I got home. The scale is staying stubborn, very frustrating. But I am sticking to it and trying to remember this is a change for life, so any loss is a bonus. It's going to take years to lose what it took years to gain.

Funny you should mention it ClassicRocker, I was just thinking today that maybe I was losing inches and not weight. I do tend to build muscle very easily, so maybe that is what's happening. I confess that I am just not able to face the large numbers, but I might do it, just to see.

Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are really rolling now!!!!!!! Keep up the great exercise!!!!!!! Your weight will drop. I know being an administrative office worker, it is tough to lose weight and have the energy to exercise after work. You are doing great!!!!! Florida is having one of the worst summer with the extreme heat and humidity, its just hard getting down to the car, when you are walking , you feel like you are moving in slow motion

Thanks for the encouragement pwrestlephoto. Yikes, I don't like heat and humidity, I wouldn't survive Florida ! We are having a blissful summer here in southwestern Ontario. Temperatures hovering around 68 F to 75 F. Usually it's in the 90 s. I love it. Still, this weight makes walking hard and painful (mostly due to my top-heaviness), so I mostly stick to biking and swimming, both cooler in hot javascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$ctl07$ctl11$ctl01$ctl00','')weather anyway ! Having no car or public transportation helps with the incentive to get out.
