whayhay!!!! That's more like it...a restrained week has delivered results!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1620 kcal Fat: 47.06g | Prot: 58.43g | Carb: 237.58g.   Breakfast: Plums, Grapes, Toasted White Bread, Flora Light, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Plums, Grapes. Lunch: Bananas, Baked or Grilled Salmon, Cucumber (with Peel), Cherry Tomatoes, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Tesco Fusilli. Dinner: Clementines, Amoy Light Soy Sauce, Straw Mushrooms (Drained Solids, Canned), Garlic, Ginger, Asda Spring Onions, Minced Pork, Waitrose Sweet & Crunchy Vegetable Stir Fry, Asda Free Range Egg Noodles. Snacks/Other: Tesco Malted Milk Biscuits, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Lidl Sirius Muesli Barre de Céréale au Chocolat au Lait et Préparation A la Banane. more...
