My trainer says I doing will saying on weight diet of veg and fruit diet and exercise walking four miles a day and tue and Thursday gym with trainer will good and sleeping a little better
223.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
