The way I think about it is your body need food to keep going so as long as you are always on the go all day why not have a few more then what they call for.

Intermittent Fasting, and try and reduce carb intake until you’re essentially doing a Healthy Keto, you’ll see some amazing results.
I’m personally 95% carnivore Diet. It’s sustainable, tasty, and with high fats in the meat I don’t get hungry, I fast for 20 hours, and have two meals within a 4 hour window.
