You are not alone on limitations on exercise. Just move what you can as you can. However you are in luck as most weight loss is controlled by food rather than exercise. Fill up with broths, steamed veggies or salad with low calorie dressing (flavored vinegar, lemon juice, pureed fruit etc) - I don’t need to teach you as you already have done so well.
