I had a rough weekend with this diet. I woke up late on Saturday because Kris had been over till 4:15 that morning and after I drove him home I passed out and missed my alarm, so I missed my appointment (well actually I called them for a phone meeting but they never called me back). Well I had to clean the house before the woman who fostered my new puppy came over to drop him off so I skipped breakfast, lunch, a snack and then went to Ruby Tuesday's for dinner and had waaay too much food. I had a large salad that was still mostly on plan but then I ordered a 12oz steak, mashed potatoes, and like 3 Cherry Cokes. I felt really gross after eating all of that. You'd think I'd have learned my lesson but no...on Sunday somehow I ended up at this Chinese Food place by my house where I ordered the Chicken and Broccoli with white rice and a can of Sprite which isn't too bad but my Roommate and I ended up at the movies with a large Sprite, large popcorn, pretzel bites, cotton candy. Oh I felt awful afterwards, I'd worked so hard all week and bam! In one moment of weakness I probably took 5 steps backwards. I know slip-ups like this happen but I should know better by now. I'm resolved to making it through the entire week 100% on plan.
