My husband and I had a very close friend killed in a car accident on Friday early morning. Tyler was like a brother to both of us, especially my husband, who lived/worked/hung-out with him his last couple years in college. Everyone is completely devastated by this, and I went from "I can't eat I feel sick" on Friday to "I feel so sad I have to eat everything." I turn to food for comfort, and this weekend I binged big time. I also ran and biked my heart out Saturday, because he'd want us to go on doing what we love. But this week is going to be extremely difficult, and I'm going to try my hardest to not let food own me this week. It is going to be hard, and this is hard. Miss you and love you, Tyler.
