I know what you mean about the food. We are struggling right now and not sure how long I can afford to buy all these "healthy" foods. I know I need to for my sake in the long run, but it's hard being unemployed, sitting around watching the clock thinking when can I eat next. I also quit smoking about 2 months ago so at least I haven't gained a bunch of weight since then. I suffer from depression and just find it hard to improve my thinking and find stuff to do. Oh well, I will get there.
Keep up the good work though! You still lost weight! Heck, I cheat and gain like 2 pounds in one day.
