Unbelievable! You are not going to believe me but I had a 640 kcal dinner (fish stew + apple, 52% protein, 30% carbs), went to bed at 158.2, and lost 4 lbs in 8 hours of sleep! I'm 0.8 lbs lower than my previous record low, maybe it's true that increasing good food intake helps losing weight. I'm honestly floored. Sleep definitely helps, I noticed that before. 20.01 BMI @ 69.9 kg is getting low, but there is a nice ring to it.
