I am back to weighing food and logging it on the App, to just get a handle on things.
I had a few physical setbacks (once again🙄), tooth abscess that took a month and a half to finally get rid of, as I had to have major dental work done.(whilst moving house).
Had visitors for 3 weeks, they left Sunday past. Now want to just slow down and rest, before December holidays and traveling to visit family.
Also had flu, was down for a week (luckily not COVID).
I received 20 cortisone injections in neck and back on Monday (advanced Osteoarthritis).
Hopefully will be back to starting to exercise again, from next week. Doing physio in the mornings.
