Right back to where I started. Went skiing yesterday too. That confirms it...downhill skiing = weight gain. Happens every time. Oh well, it will be a good test of this new eat stop eat thing I'm supposed to be doing.
I did the eating everything I wanted yesterday thing. So today is "fast day". Tomorrow will be protein shake day. I don't get to weigh myself again until the beginning of the next 5 day cycle now though. This will bother me so I may have to sneak a hop on the scale.
