So. I am on Day 12 of Cycle 1 on the 17Day Diet. My starting weight on Day1 was 276.6. Today I am at 263.2. 13.4lbs in 12 days. For the most part it is easy to follow. My only cheat was a container of raw cashews. Last two days I've been dealing with the blues. I want sweets and cars. Luckily, when I am weakest the things that tempt me ( bagels in the office, cookies in the store,etc) have been gone so I can keep on keeping on. This weekend will be tough as we go to a friends BBQ, and my rock of a hubby is gone next week. I can be strong.
