As hard as its been to stick with my diet and stay away from bread its been fun seeing results and even in such a short time.
I'm enjoying being able to go for walks now that the sun is coming out more. My ferrets love it and have a blast when they get to go to :D
I'm looking forward to next friday when I get to weigh in again. I have not yet cheated on this diet and I'm proud of myself.
