Thank you Draglist. I've been on the Venus Index diet. This is my 3rd week and so far so good. Although like u have been sharing lately, whenever I eat a bit higher on the sodium my body just clings to that water weight. LOL. I am having a maintenance day today on the diet so I'm sure I'll be registering higher tomorrow.
