Hopefully I've broken the 300 plateau. My body is changing. Less buoyant in the water. Have begun weight training. Clothing fits differently. Went stand-up paddleboarding for the first time last week. Very challenging. LOVE IT!!! I need to build-up left side muscles and upper body before I go again.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 145.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! It's a long road but very worth it. I am still on that road! I started out at 320 lbs and eventually got down to 130 lbs - which may have actually been a little too thin for me and now I am at about 150. Trying to get down to 140lbs again but is seems like an impossible task. Just goes to show that its a never ending journey!! Keep up the good work :-)
