Haven't weighed myself in a while, but I knew I was up 5-6 lbs from doing 20+ lbs worth of food challenges during my St. Louis trip. Been looking to add a few more ingredients to supplement my diet further:
Cinnamon Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon Juice Pepper & Tumeric mix Hot Sauce
Hot sauce has been working wonders as far as a low calorie flavor enhancer for all the chicken I eat when I'm not putting salt & pepper on it.
Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice have been helping keep my body alkalized.
Cinnamon is great for its benefits and also a great flavor enhancer for my healthy desserts.
So far so good! Still on track to lose about 1-2 lbs a week!
