Actually this is a loss (got up to 210 this weekend but didn't log it). Been feeling lightheaded and like my heart is racing. Not getting my gallon or eating right. Gonna take a day off and flush the system with water. Caffeine seems to impact it as well and I've been doing morning coffee more :(
