I am so afraid to do a weigh in tomorrow... I know I have gained. I was off track (with eating) this weekend, although I know I did very well with exercising.

Great job with the exercise! Maybe you haven't with all your exercise..but if you do, just pick yourself up and keep barrelling ahead!

Don't be, this happens to us all. Take it with a grain of salt and keep it moving (in the right direction anyway). You will be alright. Correct the mistake and you are back on track.

Be brave and if you gain then you know what to do, you can do it! God Bless!

I know the feeling. I am going to have to ramp up my exercise a little to work off the fried foods I ate yesterday.

I know how you are feeling I get weighed tomorrow too and even though I have stayed on track I have snacked more than I should have and haven't exercised as much as I should have so I too am afraid of the scale tomorrow. But we can do this and face whatever the scale says and remember that it is just a number and eating healtier and excersising more is a lifestyle change so as long as your sticking to that your a winner in my book. Good luck tomorrow and let me know how you do

I have found that even if I don't have (make) the time to "exercise," when I finally land in bed at the end of a long day, I lay on my side and do leg lifts. I have worked up to 100 per leg, doing 25 per leg then rolling over to the other side. And when I first started, those legs did not lift very high. Each day they lift a little higher. This may not seem like a lot for some, but hey, for me it is an improvement. And it may be in my head, but it seems to be showing up on the scales!!! So I am thinking any exercise is a plus. (Fat secret: I drive a 45-minute commute twice per day. Guess how many butt squeezes you can do during that time...a lot! One of these days, maybe buns of steel! haha) I have lost over 23 pounds in 6 weeks eating low-carb and a little exercise! Heading to 165...only 64 to go!

I appreciate all of your kinds words. It's just that I did so well my first week here and I feel like I have turned myself down by getting out of control again. I didn't ever get on the scale today. I am very sure I gained it all back and maybe some more. I also failed my challenge today. I didn't get to do it... :( Reading all the comments above makes me not want to give up. I felt like I gave up since this past weekend.

Don't beat yourself up over it...do your weigh in and get right back on track..there will be falters along the way, but that is a learning process, try to stick within your guidelines of food allowance and be kind to yourself, the weight will come off in time... you will see.... sometimes the scale will show up or down but you will have inches decrease and it will show with your clothing being less tight or fitting differently... you are in a learning process now...just go for it... Good luck!

It can be very disappointing when you hit a lull in your loss or...worse...gain some back. I have been going through that over the past few months but, overall, my weight HAS been going down...albeit slowly. Don't kick yourself too much and just get back in the groove!
