Joined the LCHF Group, and really looking forward to conversing with like minded people :)
Yesterday was more carb heavy than I wanted, but within the realms of what I think is a 'normal' eating plan. Today I'm hoping to balance it out. Love this way of eating, cooking with olive oil and butter is a delight, but most of all it's satisfying. Wish I could get some coconut oil, but so far have not been able to find it where I live.
