This is not an excuse, this is life. I was on vacation and although there were meals, like pizza when I should not have had the last piece, at other meals I followed my regular plan. I did my best to limit the exposer to trigger foods, without depriving myself of the joy of spending time and meals with my Grandchildren and family. So, I accept the minor gain, I am back on my points, writing down every bite and enjoying life as it comes along. Flexability and acceptance.
