This is honestly the easiest weight cut I've ever done in my life. When you think of weight loss in terms of calories in vs calories out it makes life a lot easier. It makes you realize that having certain kinds of foods isn't all that necessary for losing weight only more so for health. I can eat literally whatever I want and still lose weight so long as I'm in a caloric deficit, and I've NEVER been hungry a single day of this weight cut. My heart truly goes out to all of you who are struggling to get your weight down.
