I am planning ahead. Wrote down everything I plan to eat tomorrow. Hopefully I will stay to my food entry. My total carbs are 29.11 and net carbs 18.51. At this time it is diffcult to get my total carbs to 20. 20 carbs are coming from veggies. So it's all good.
