I'm feeling good. Still working out some neck and knee issues, but I'm feeling good enough to get back in the gym. I'll be missing the first few weeks of my softball league until I can really feel solid and strong in the gym. I'm itching to play too, so I have no doubt that the motivation to work hard will be there!

I'm hoping to drop below 240lbs either this week or next week!! :)
